Here's our latest acquisition, a so-far-unnamed buck from Miller Show Goats.  He's a GHUT Festus grandson out of a flush mate sister to Main Event, 16 months old, very long with a beautiful wide, flat top and great breed character. 

Pedigree will be available as soon as ABGA sends it.

Below is CONI The F5 Tornado Maker, pictured in June 2010 at 16 months old.  He was bred by Coni Ross and purchased from Karen and Percy Venglar of Rambo Ranch, where he sired some terrific kids when crossed on Fully Loaded's daughters.

  He's dual registered ABGA and IBGA (click for pedigrees).  He's mostly FSE on top, CONI on the bottom, with a bunch of full South African ancestors on both sides.

Below is KTM Fully Loaded, pictured in January 2009 at 15 months old.  Since his 2 grandsires are Gunsmoke and Willie Nelson, we call him Shotgun Willie.  Ater siring winning bucks, does and show wethers with us, Willie has moved on to Water Valley, Mississippi--thank you to new owner Suzie Ellington.

Here is Willie again, in June 2010, at 2 years, 8 months old.  He is massive!

Below is CONI Doc, pictured in May 2009 at just over 2 years old.  He was purchased from Coni Ross of CR Ranch in Blanco, Texas, and is one of the sires of the upcoming 2010 Spring kids.   Doc has moved on to 2T Boer Goats in Dew, Texas, but quite a few of his daughters are still with us.

Below is RWF Henry, pictured in June 2009 at 2 years old.  He was purchased from Bo and Patricia Wright of Running W Farm near Goldthwaite, Texas.  He is the other sire of Spring 2009 kids.  Henry has now moved on to the farm of Charles and Penny Lee in Liberty Hill, along with some of Doc's daughters.  Look for good things from that cross in the future!

Some of our Former Sires

Nubie is half Boer and half Nubian.  He is the sire of some of the 2006 and 2007 kids.

Nelson Mandela was the original half-Boer buck crossed with the Spanish ladies beginning in 1996.

Samson is a full-blood Boer, grandson of Dow Pipeline. He is the sire of some of the 2007 kids.

Raunchy was one of the original Spanish bucks in Uncle Bob's herd, likely a mix with some dairy breeds as well, from his appearance.  He lived to be 16 or 17 years old, and could turn those massive horns sideways to slip through any crack in a heartbeat.
